Possible issues when opening a converted project for the first time.

  1. Opening a converted project for the first time in RoboHelp 7 or 8 may cause RoboHelp to close. I have found that reopening the same project in RoboHelp again will correct the problem. It is a good idea to

  2. Dropdown and Expanded Hotspots should work, but remember to use the "Tools > Update DHTML Effects in Topics" command as soon as you open the project.
